Server GPU Driver Installation

• Install GPU driver

  install ELRepo (http://elrepo.org/tiki/tiki-index.php)
  ("yum install -y nvidia-detect" and run 'nvidia-detect' to check GPU driver version)
  "yum install -y kmod-nvidia"
  "reboot" OS
  (run "nvidia-smi" to verify GPU driver)
    

• Install nvidia-docker for docker
